Admin messages

Admin Messages are messages that you can recieve from admins. It is displayed as a normal message on the messages page, besides from not showing who it was from and not being able to reply to it. Some uses of admins messages include but are not limited to:
- Ban messages
- Messages including private information:
- Beta invites/keys
- Wiki passwords
